My version of Japanese Tapsilog, well it's actually TapLog because I used plain steamed rice. Marinated the beef tapa two nights ago so I just needed to fry it this morning. It only took 2 minutes to fry this thinly sliced Tapa and a minute or two to make the rice sandwich with a nori smiley on it.
